Volunteers at the Catherine McAuley
Center enjoy helping others learn, making new friends,
the satisfaction of contributing
to the community, and sharing their talents. We encourage
you to join our volunteer efforts – make a difference
and have fun doing it!
Volunteers serve from one to several
hours a week with morning, afternoon and evening flexibility.
How can you help change lives?

Become a tutor for the Adult
Basic Education program. Help those studying English
as a Second Language (ESL) or preparing for their
General Educational Development (GED). |

If you liked to keep busy, help with clerical
work of answering phones, filing and data entry. |
| · |
Maybe business is your forte. Lend a hand
with the production or sale of Catherine’s
Comfortable Tea. |

If you’re gifted with organizational
skills, assist with the planning and execution of
fundraising events. |
| · |
Joining a committee is a great way to
meet others and be connected with community leaders. |
| · |
Donate to the food pantry or help organize
inventory. |
| · |
Maintenance and repair handy-work is always
needed – electrical, plumbing, carpentry, furniture
repair, appliance repair, vehicle maintenance and
lawn care. |
