Memorials and Honorariums
Make a charitable gift in memory of a loved one or in honor of someone important in your life. At your request an acknowledgement will be sent to the person's family members or to the honoree. Memorial and Honorarium cards are available at the Center.

Planned Giving
Today it is important that we build resources that will assure the vitality of the Catherine McAuley Center for years to come. Your long-term gift today will allow us to provide critical services in the Cedar Rapids community for generations to come. It is highly recommended that donors consult with their own tax or legal advisors prior to making a planned gift.

In-Kind Donations
Basic everyday items such as clothing, toiletries and linens are in constant demand. You can help the Center and the people we serve by donating these items or any of the following on our Wish List:

Catherine's Comfortable Tea
The Catherine McAuley Center and Frontier Natural Products Co-op of North Iowa joined together in 1997 to create a unique product called Catherine's Comfortable Tea. The proceeds from the sale of the tea assist the Transitional Housing and Basic Education Programs. With the help of our volunteer tea team and volunteer groups throughout the community, we transform quality bulk tea into beautifully packaged specialty gift items that are sold all over the United States. Each individual tea bag is made and packaged by volunteers devoted to fulfilling Catherine McAuley's final wish.

Catherine's Comfortable Tea is a symbol of compassion and dedication to women in need. A wide variety of Catherine's Comfortable Tea products and gift items are available at the Center and at a number of locations in and around the Cedar Rapids area.
